Registration Instructions
In order to complete your registration for hockey through LSMHA, please read through all instructions before starting.
New this year is that registration for evaluations and the season will be done through HCR. One registration and you are all set!

Payment Type Options

Installment Options
- Full Payment - When selected the full cost of your registration and evaluations is due at the time you register.
- 3 Installments - When selected you will be required to pay 15% of your total cost at the time of registration, 33% of the remaining total on August 15, 33% of the remaining cost on August 31 and 34% of the remaining cost on September 15.
If you select E-Transfer with the 3 Installment option you are responsible for ensuring you e-transfer your money on the due dates. Late Payments may be subject to a late fee.
E-Transfers can be made to payment@lsmha.com. Please include your Childs full name on the e-transfer and use the password hockey
Registration Details
Mixed vs Female Hockey
For U9 age groups and up you will be prompted with 2 options.
- UX - Mixed
- UX - Female
If you want your child is female and you would like the to play female open hockey ensure you select the female option. For female hockey it LSMHA combines their program with REMHA. Some age groups play out of River East while others play out of Lord Selkirk.
Evaluation Selection
- LSMHA Evaluations - This is for mixed hockey Fisherman evaluations. If you do not select this option you are automatically put on the A3 team. This option is Mandatory for U9.
- Female AA Evaluations - This is for female hockey Predators evaluations. If you want your child to be evaluated for AA Female hockey you must select this option
Contact vs Non-Contact Hockey
For players that select U15-Mixed and U18-Mixed hockey you will be provided a question on whether you want your child to play contact hockey. This is an important selection so we can ensure we do not put any players in a contact evaluation that do not want to play contact hockey.
AA and AAA Players
All AA and AAA players MUST register through LSMHA or you cannot get on the ice for their evaluations.
AAA - If you are selected for a AAA team you will be reimbursed your registration fee minus the LSMHA Admin Fee.
AA - If you are selected for a AA team your fees will be transferred to your AA team.
